Philadelphia's Steaks and Hoagies opened in the neighborhood in 1987, serving authentic Philly Cheesesteaks.

The Brewery was added in 1993, Oregon's 13th Licensed Micro-Brewery, and welcomed a brew-house expansion and name change in 2012. Now operating under 13 Virtues Brewing, we offer the same quality line-up of East Coast Steaks & Hoagies and a larger selection of Fresh Beers.
